Heat Exchanger
Heat Exchangers are incorporated in API Plans 21, 23, 41 to bring down the temperature of buffer fluid before it enters into seal chamber. Heat Exchanger may be mounted either vertically or horizontally, the vertical mounting being preferred because of better thermosyphone effects.
